The sheikh paid over $2 million dollars for the camera, the most expensive consumer camera ever. And there’s no record of photos ever having been taken with this camera. That’s what Sheikh Said Bin Mohammed Al-Thani of Qatar did… or didn’t do.

You and I have a lens designed to see as God sees. It is a “lens of the heart”. A lens that captures an image too great for words. A lens that transforms every event, every relationship, every story, simply everything, into meaning full of God’s moment, Immanuel, “God with us”.
The Apostle Paul wrote to the people of Ephesus, “I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance…” Ephesians 1:18
May the eyes of our heart “see” what God has given each of us to see this Christmas, Immanuel.
